The Festival is held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Vladimir Voronin. Being dedicated to the National Wine Day, the
Wine Festival is aimed to revive and promote the standards of the viticulture and wine-making industries, as well as to mark out the national traditions established in the key branches of the national economy. At the same time the event is an excellent opportunity to maintain the prestige of the wine-making production and to attract foreign tourists to Moldova thanks to an important and exciting program.
