The complex "Odiseu" has 12 two-storied cottages: 14 single rooms, 58 double rooms and 12 semi-luxury apartments with all the necessary comfort for pleasant leisure days.

Th complex has been awarded with the following diplomas:
- III^rd degree Diploma in the 2009 year for considerable support for the development of the private touristic infrastructure of RM
- IInd Degree Diploma in the 2004 year for the financial contributions for the constitution of the special fond for the promotion and the development of tourism.
